Kentucky has always been known for its bourbon production, but in recent years, the state has enjoyed a dramatic increase in bourbon-related attractions, including tours, themed hotels, and new distilleries opening frequently. In fact, in the last two decades, bourbon production has increased by 475 percent. But how long can this boom last? Is there room and demand for more distilleries? What lies ahead for Kentucky’s favorite pour?
