Queer in Kentucky Startups: Supporting Trans & Nonbinary People In Male Dominated Fields

We will discuss what is needed for larger organizations to improve in acknowledging Queer entrepreneurs/employees and creating space for them. It is our hope that Queer entrepreneurs understand that an accepting community exists for them and will be a resource for them.
