Launch Blue Legal Lab: Session 1

Launch Blue’s Legal Lab is a five-session program that will cover all of the basic legal aspects of starting a startup. You will gain a comprehensive understanding of a variety of topics from setting up a Delaware C-Corp and writing software agreements to creating an intellectual property strategy and managing your cap table. Sessions will be presented by startup attorneys from various firms in the region.
