The HUBZone program is designed to help small businesses – in certain urban, rural, BRAC, Indian reservation and difficult development areas outside the U.S. mainland – to gain access to federal procurement opportunities.

The purpose of the program is to provide federal contracting assistance to qualified small firms in designated HUBZones to increase employment opportunities, stimulate capital investment and empower communities through economic leveraging.
