Distillers Grains Reverse Pitch Competition

Join us for this fast-paced, bourbon themed reverse pitch competition aimed at bringing new ideas and solutions to solve the issue of increasing amounts of distillery byproudcts in Kentucky. Team Kentucky and its partner organizations are seeking new and innovative technologies and solutions from problem solvers, inventors, entrepreneurs, and businesses for expanded uses of distilling byproduct (stillage). Pitch ideas will be narrowed down and the top ideas will be asked to pitch their concept in a five-minute presentation to distillers and industry stakeholders at the 25th Distillers Grains Symposium on October 25, 2021. We invite you spend an afternoon with us to hear the top 5-6 ideas selected by an expert panel and participate in a tasting of local bourbons while our judges decide the winner of the pitch contest.
